Important about Visas
If you are planning to attend the meeting we advice you to check if visa is required from your country to visit Greece since it varies.
Greece follows the Schengen Agreement provision and the subsequent acquis concerning short term visa issues stays of up to three (3) months in the Schengen area. The citizens of these countries are not subject to border controls within the common area (airlines or other carriers require identification – I.D. card or passport or any other piece of identification issued by a public authority). Citizens of the EU countries do not need a visa to enter Greece (and the Schengen area).
Letter of invitation
Letter of invitation can be requested upon when regisgtering for the meeting and will be issued after registration is paid in full.

Each delegate and registered accompanying person will receive a name badge at registration. For security reasons, all delegates are requested to wear or bring their badge during all the congress activities.

15-20 % of the bill in restaurants or of taxi is the usual and customary in Greece. tipping for special service provided by hotel staff is fine, but is not expected and is simply a matter of personal preference.
